The "Team Cuisine" Challenge, as it has been nicknamed, continued last week on Australia Day. It seemed a logical choice for A. We would all be together, and all having that quintessential Australian Meal - the BBQ.
The Menu:
BBQ - KangarooSausages "Kanga Bangas", chicken sausages, rosemary and lamb sausages, beef sausages, bacon, onions, corn.
Coleslaw, chopped lettuce and tomato, beetroot (of course!) and cheese to make burgers.
Various homemade dips and awesome cheese platters.
For Dessert - Anzac Biscuits and Lamingtons. These went down an absolute treat after a swim!
It was the perfect Australia Day! Lots of friends, good food, beers, a swim, kids running around everywhere and the JJJ Hottest 100 playing in the background.
